In a twist of fate and fierce competition, Leverage Paintball finished second at the NXL Event #3 in Atlantic City, known as the Mid-Atlantic Open. Despite a challenging finals match against Ology, where we struggled to adapt our game plan, our team demonstrated commendable skill and sportsmanship throughout the tournament.

The finals were a true test of our agility and tactical prowess. Ology came prepared with strategies that unfortunately outmatched ours on the day. Their gameplay was robust, and they quickly took the lead, maintaining it throughout the match. Our attempts to adjust and counter their moves were not as effective as hoped, resulting in a significant loss.

Despite this setback, it's important to recognize the broader picture. Leverage Paintball still holds the number one position overall in the series for points. This standing is a testament to our consistent performance and dominance throughout the season. With only two events remaining, our prospects of securing the coveted pro spot by the year's end are strong and promising.

Our journey to the top has not been without its hurdles, but each challenge has been a learning opportunity, refining our strategies and strengthening our resolve. The loss in Atlantic City, while disappointing, has provided us with valuable insights into areas requiring improvement. We are committed to analyzing our gameplay, understanding our shortcomings, and developing stronger, more adaptable strategies for future matches.
